RNC WELCOME EVENT

TOCA Events provided its design expertise as well as all of the decor elements for the Republican National Convention Welcome Event, hosted at Tropicana Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The event hosted more than 15,000 guests as well as media outlets from across the globe. Our objective was to create an environment that captured the unique spirit of Tampa Bay’s sister cities while integrating a patriotic red-white-blue visual schematic.

The principal challenge for this event was a limited load-in timeframe of 26 hours for all production needs, as well as heightened security parameters including the Secret Service.
