LATIN GRAMMY AWARDS

As recording artists and celebrities from throughout Latin America and the US converged in Las Vegas for the Annual Latin Grammy Awards, TOCA Events was there to provide experiential marketing solutions for the broadcast network and its high profile advertisers.  Our objective was to design and fabricate a range of interactive environments that would engage Grammy participants while building brand presence along multiple platforms.
Our first area of operations was the VIP Gifting Lounge, open to a select list of artists and industry power brokers.  TOCA Events brought the McDonald’s brand to life with the design and fabrication of a luminous interactive autograph wall framed by the company’s signature golden arches.  Artists  scripted messages of thanks to those who most influenced them on their road to success.
The Person of the Year Gala (POTY) provided the ideal opportunity for brand presence, and our on-site staff welcomed guests into each of our experiential spaces situated inside the MGM Grand Conference Center – Premier Ballroom Pre-Function.  For Nissan, we designed a tech infused reinterpretation of the traditional step-and-repeat where guests linked to multiple social media platforms in real time.  Walmart requested a larger activation footprint, allowing our team to integrate customized design elements and technology with gaming, digital outreach and client product displays.  The result was a fun, engaging activation that heightened Walmart brand awareness.
The culmination of Latin Grammy Awards week is the televised broadcast, which TOCA Events was pleased to support as well through our team’s design and fabrication expertise.  The MGM Grand Arena hosted thousands of attendees, and TOCA Events staff facilitated the smooth and effective flow of guests in our sponsor activation area throughout the duration of the event.
