Biennial Sponsor Dinner

As one of the principal corporate sponsors of the Sao Paulo Biennial, our clients had exclusive rights to host a reception and dinner within the gallery spaces for a select list of guests. Our mission was to transform two raw spaces into elegant reception environments that would complement the visual framework of the surrounding art installations. The result was a bi-level reception and dining venue comprised of sleek contemporary furnishings and decorate detail.

TOCA Events utilized its full range of production services for this project, including architects, carpentry, and cut-and-sew fabrication as well as floral design, audio-visual, catering and entertainment.
