TOCA Events was proud to assist one of the foremost Ivy League institutions with the Brazilian segment of their global outreach campaign. Our task was to identify a venue that would seamlessly accommodate both theater-style presentation and post-presentation dinner within an elegant yet informal context. Additionally, our staff developed culinary and design solutions that captured the distinctive character and flavors of the host city, Sao Paulo.
Included among our Brazilian-based team of production and design professionals were bilingual technicians and culinary leads to facilitate on-site support to our US-based clients.
